Cultural Community Needs

1

To fulfill the requirements of this assignment, I decided to research the Haitian way of life in United States. Immigration from Haiti to US lead the establishment of this community in North Miami. This community has put a premium on maintaining long-standing customs, such as the faith that food can improve health and overall well-being (Kolapo, 2018). They are also trailing behind in terms of access to proper treatment in cutting-edge institutions, despite the sector’s rapid modernization.

2
Multiculturalism’s pervasive influence in this community’s customs is a big factor in why they were picked; it makes it tough to effectively deliver and combine cultures, which can lead to problems (Kaihlanen, 2019). This people also do badly in terms of access to contemporary treatment, despite the fact that healthcare is becoming increasingly diverse through the application of modern technology.
3
Since inadequate health practices in terms of treatment, therapy, and finally growing attenuation rates have been exposed, one of the most pressing demands of this cultural composition is the accreditation of good healthcare practices. Moreover, this community must contend with law enforcement that is poorly educated and unconcerned with public health.
4
The World Health Organization asserts that all people everywhere have a right to public health services (Graham et al., 2016). While the Acadians do possess a small number of medical establishments, those facilities consistently provide subpar care. This population necessitates more cutting-edge medical methods than their current providers can provide.

Details of the Health Issue

1.
One of the most important health indicators, as reported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, is access to appropriate health services for people with or without medical cover plans or basic care providers (Kolapo, 2018). Inadequate medical care negatively affects both emotional and physical health, making it critical that the Acadians receive quality care as soon as possible.
2
Because of the unpredictability of traditional techniques of treating contemporary ailments, which is why they were chosen, opportunistic infections are widespread in this demographic (Kaihlanen, 2019). Therefore, clinical officers need to be prepared to provide the cutting-edge care that patients like this need in accordance with the standards that have been established by Clinical Preventive Services.
3
People’s negligence makes it more probable that they will have other illnesses, but the more work that is put into this, the less likely it is that people will get additional infections. This will assNR 394 Transcultural Nursing
